I am kinda confused by Register.com's policy regarding transfer of domain registrant (keeping register.com as the registrar)
So, does it send an email to the new registrant/owner, upon which they set up an account at that point??
Once you've clicked on the Transfer Registrant link, the next screen will prompt you to enter the new Account Holder (Registrant) contact information including, First Name, Last Name, and Email address.
Additionally, you will not be able to perform a transfer of registrant to updated the current Registrant information. All transfers must transfer the services into a new username.
So, does it send an email to the new registrant/owner, upon which they set up an account at that point??
