a. the temperature of your freezer
b. the percent alcohol in the beer

The higher either of those numbers the less likely they are to freeze....

Freezing and exploding when they freeze are 2 different things. My freezer is very cold. The Guiness becomes rock solid, but doesn't explode. Very convenient if you forget about the beers when trying to cool them off.

Guiness Draught in a can = Blasphemy.

How else can you enjoy Guiness if you're not at the pub?

Guiness in a bottle (with the whiteneck) > Guiness in a Can

Really? I haven't tried Guiness in a bottle. I assumed that Guiness was one of the few beers where can > bottle. Does the bottled version have a widget inside?

No the skunking effect comes from light struck beer. Certain light wavelengths interact with the hop resins in beer causing the skunk effect. This effect is most common in beers that come packages in clear glass. Green is a little better and brown is the best at preventing this. If you must buy a beer that comes in a clear glass try to buy it in a 12pack. When it is sealed away from the light you get a better chance at preventing skunked beer. Newcastle and Pilsner Urquell are notorious for this.

NO NO NO!!! The widget is not as good as the can mechinism. Guinness draught in a bottle is made to be drank right from the bottle. Guinness draught in a can is made to be poured into a can and then set on the counter for a few minutes before it is drank. Guinness in a can is much closer to actual Guinness on draught (lol, I mean draft) than Guinness in the bottle. The bottled version is just a marketing ploy for those 'beer snobs' that gotta drink beer from the bottle instead of a pint glass.

The Guinness in a can is better than Guinness in a bottle - unless you're drinking straight from the can, in which case you might as well pour the Guinness on your head. Get a can, pour into a pint glass, wait 5 minutes for it to change color, then consume. If you order draught in a bar, they'll pour it, set it on the tap for 5 minutes, and then give it to you after you spent the 5 minutes drooling all over the bar.

The former head brewmaster at Guinness works for my dad now. :p We drink a lot of Guinness.

Never forgot any other brands in the freezer.

I forgot to mention they were both bottles

I know one time I left a 6 pack of miller light in my friends freezer. Needless to say, I had to clean out the freezer the next day :)
