do you think it is ok to drink 1 year old beer (yes i am that desperate)

i have a molson export bottle of beer brewed on June 20, 2000

do you think it is ok to drink and do you think i could get sick from it

i don't think you will be harmed, but the taste will make you sick!

i would but in ontario everything closes (only thing that serves liquor is either the beer store or the LCBO which close when it gets dark out (9:00)

It would get pretty skunky if it's been stored WARM for a year. If it's been refrigerated the whole time then go ahead!

i opened it...man it does not smell like a fresh beer a little skunky..
the taste as well is skunky but it was stored in the fridge for a year

we had a couple of year old bud lights the other day. My brother's was so skunky it was unfit to drink. Mine was skunky, but no worse than say month old beer....luck of the draw
