Never had or heard of Tecate, so I chose Heineken

Ick. Barely tolerable beers. Popular because of massive advertising campaigns. (well, for Corona and Heineken)

And someone above mentioned Belgian beer..... Try Stella Artois if you can find it.

I refuse to vote for one of those 3...

edit02: actually, when you think about it, im so close to the border, mexican beers are hella cheap down here. in fact, 20 minute drive, and i could be eating 2 tacos and drinking 2 beers for $2 south of the border.

edit03: and i meant carne asada tacos!! but yes, i do believe they have those other tacos down there for $2 also. 😉

corona is imo the worst mexican beer.
dos xx and tecate are even for price/taste (dos xx better tasting, tecate cheaper)
i really miss living in texas bc mexican beer selection/price around here just sucks.

any mexican beer + lime = heaven, not just corona. i must say corona has been marketed superbly, and a flat warm corona is still > domestics 🙂

Maybe it's just the way they are, but every Heineken and Corona I've had tasted and smelled skunky. 😕
