Pilsner Urquell is THE quintessential pilsner (im a nationally ranked beer judge). As long as its fresh and not light struck (should it come form the bottle), which is common for hoppy pils.
OT: I was at Bukowskis (in cambridge, ma) with a date a couple weeks ago and sent back TWO consecutive $22 bottles of saisson because they were light struck. The manager was cool though, great beer bar, IMHO.

I agree with the Pilsner Urquell. Though good luck getting a decent bunch from your local store, unless it's a speciality store.Originally posted by: homercles337
