beer dilemma: what beer would you order at a bar?

just curious, coz I always order something that i can't buy bulk from supermarket, hence i will never order anything from in the kinds of Coors MGD or Bud.
Meanwhile, I would insist in ordering from the tap coz ppl said "it's just fresher," but some bar water down the beer. ..

Whatever is on tap that isn't common. Buying bottled beer at the bar is like throwing money in the garbage. Mixed drinks are even worse.

only 2 places to get it around here, and neither pour it right. i refuse to drink it from the bottle/can.

Guiness from a can (with the gas cartridge) is excellent. It needs to be poured into a glass. I have a kegerator at home and usually keep it filled with Bass Ale.

Almost anything that isn't Bud, Miller, etc. I will do it if the place is a dive and has no decent beer tho. Like the local American Legion. 😀

Stout. porter, IPA, on tap preferably. Canadian domestics aren't too great, but American domestics are like dish water.

<- loves dark beers, once you go black you never go back.

it depends on my mood. normally its a domestic bottle since its easier to carry arround when i "mingle." but when im just hanging out watching a ball game or something, i usually order a tap.

Lemon ball shot, chocolate cake shot, then Newcastle on tap... But I rarely drink beer anymore -- so realistically, it's Lemon balls, chocolate cake shots and Apple Martinis 🙂

Bells Winterwhite in the winter and Oberon in the summer... if the place doesnt have those I go with a few other standbys....
