What kind of power do you think that thing draws (cig. lighter)? Gotta be a ton since it's essentially a short, no?
 
does it come with insurance if i spill beer on my pc or catch it on fire lighting a cigarette? And can it be overclocked?

I would hope it wouldnt be a short! It is a resistor though.

I bought a couple of these at geeks.com last month - they used to have them regularly on their green light specials for $5.59 - now seem to have disappeared (sold inventory to surplus computers?) - but I put them in low ball machines for friends (Fry's sempy 2800/ECS nforce3) for grins - they actually do work!
 
omg... this $h1t is great. Too bad its not an ash tray instead of the cup/can holder. You can use the cd-rom drive for that (sheesh everyone knows that)!
