It's the name of a small stand you use to hold a beer can, and a chicken over it. I always just emptied the beer can and filled it half way with vodka, tasted good and messed you up too

You season the chicken (I use a blackening rub). Shove a half full can of beer up its butt. Stand it on the smoker, with the chicken resting on the can, and the can on the actual grill.

This is what I do, I use PBR for the beer and hickory smoke the chicken for a couple hours. Kosher salt and course pepper for the rub.

yeah i drink half the beer, then throw in a rosemary sprig, some thyme, and some peppercorns. then rub the bird with some olive oil or butter.

then let that mofo grill!!!

a very minimal amount, if any at all.

alcohol will probably help to carry aroma and some flavors, but it'll most definitely evaporate in the end.

we had a huge BBQ on sunday (wife's b-day) so we got a (2) 12pack of rolling rock, (2) 18pack of miller light, and i have some odd and ends left over. so i have to drink it before it goes bad!
