Hi all, I'm new (yea its actually true)
Buenas, first of all, I would like to ask not to laugh at what I have, as been happening around other places... There we go.

I have kinda of a old rig (for yer standards, not in this country far from the US). As follows: Athlon 64 3000+ sq. 754
Asus K8N
1GB generic DDR400
6800XT.
What happens? For now, it occured only sometimes. But when I'm doing some "heavy task" in this thing, it suddenly beep and turns off the monitor. The monitor led keep on blinking (A beautiful yellow CRT 13" Tube :D). And the computer won't funciton at all, leaving it on, with coolers, leds n' shia, but the screen goes blank. I suspect of oscilation in the CPU Vcore, after consulting it, I see that it varies from 1.37V (sometimes it goes to that, now that I turned off some few unecessary things like leda and cooler) to 1.392V. This is a Venice core and it was supposed to be operating at 1.40V so I think the problem lives in my *Beep* PSU. What about? Can help?

When I'm playing for example, the computer emits a short beep alert at a random time. But only using graphical programs (games, that is all I use this thing for) and: Or it turns off (Just happened for the 1st time now, so thats why I came back to the forum) or it goes blank screen. I suspect, plus of my @!#$)(*@#$)( PSU, as my AGP card requires extra power from a cable in the PSU. S***! Beeping will be the swear words I'll say and spank the computer up asap...

Have you cleaned the dust out of the system? As for your Vcore voltages, you are interpreting beyond the accuracy of the sensor. Try a real meter.
Good luck!

okay, if you can download PC Wizard at http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php install and run it, and if you can post the temp and voltage screen, of not try to write down the voltages, temps and speeds the case fans, video card fan and processor fan are running at.
