been waiting for my yearly review

We have the policy where you write your own review turn it in and boss comments on it. I sent mine last week and he still hasn't got back to me. The wait is killing me. I have been here almost 2 years counting my 8 month co-op and never had a raise except going from co-op to full-time so this is my first review ever so you can probably understand why I am jumpy.

My co-worker who got hired with me(also a former coop) just got his done today and got a 7% raise I hope I get a raise too. Both of us started at same salary but diff. job functions me software eng. him unix prog.


My weekend has been officially ruined. It's 5.30 PM friday and no chance of me getting my review done today :brokenheart:

I did, there was question that said where do you think you fell short in (company's) expectation....



haha, like anybody was gonna fall for that. I always delivered quality software on or before deadline what else can they ask for .
