Well, as usual with medical stuff, it could be many things. I'll see a Doc if this continues, been going on for about a week now. Thanks for the helpful replies.

I had a weird night last night, very lackadaisical, it's like I wasn't even awake but I was doing everything I would normally do if I was awake...details are shady. I did go on a big sugar rush for the month of December, because of Frosty Lime - So I'm thinking something to do with diabetes perhaps :( - I'll go see the Doc soon.

- have doc check your thyroid, pituitary gland, and iron count
- as far as eating, do you want OR need to eat more? and do you have weight gain from the additional calories?
- did anything personally traumatic happen recently?

No one seems to be mentioning this, but this is many cases the start of mono. Go get checked out.

Describe your diet.

If you're not eating meat (quality), fruits, vegetables, etc, that could be your problem.

If you've changed your diet recently, it could be the cause. It could be the addition of something your allergic to (I got ear infection symptoms when I foolishly used soy protein isolate a few years ago), or it could be you typically have eaten a lot of sugary/starchy/flour based foods and you've become insulin resistant.

Do you sleep enough?

Have you been taking a lot of hot baths, and wearing really tight briefs (not good for testosterone)?

What multi do you take? If it's something like centrum or some other worthless multi, I'd recommend spending $5 more and getting something like NOW ADAM:

Have you started taking any supplements lately? I was confused why I was drowsy all the time a couple weeks ago, and found out that the "non-drowsy" clartin antihistamine that I was taking had the side effects of drowsiness, fatigue, and muscle weakness. How the fvck the FDA allowed that, I do not know.

Go to a doctor and get your blood checked for mineral deficiencies. What you're describing could be iron deficiency anemia.

This case is boring

House,

I fixed this for you.

I definitely want to eat more than I need to eat. I always wake up real hungry now, but I don't feel like I need to eat, as weird as that sounds.

Thanks again. I'll probably make an appointment with the doc now, i'm still feeling lackadaisical (hey I spelled it right first try!) and tired.

My first thought is thyroid... could be wrong though, and as someone mentioned it could well be seasonal affective disorder (SAD), read up on it...

I'm 21. Guess I should of mentioned that. I don't think it's depression, or else I would know. I'm not sad or anything. I'm thinking closer to thyroid or diabetes. Yes I take multivitamins, try to take them every day. I haven't been exercising much lately at all, a side effect of being tired all the time. Would love to get out and play some sports or something, but that's a different thread...that i already made :p

Thanks for the replies.

Did you just recently purchase a large screen TV? Because I had LSD (large screen disease) for a while after I got my 60" Plasma, seriously. I watched everything so I'm in recovery now now.

I had a similar issue several months back. I ate, but then I was still hungry. So I ate again. Still hungry. 3 meals later, still hungry. Started to get into the unhealthy stuff as it tends to be more filling. A baconator combo + large fry... still hungry. Large poutine. Still hungry. Probably consumed like 10k calories in a few hours. Still hungry. After a while I just gave up because all this food could not be good for me. It lasted for days, I ended up going to the ER as it was the fastest way to see a doctor. They tested me for diabeetus and thankfully I was in the clear. They said to see my family doctor, but by the time the appointment date came up the problem just went away on it's own. It turned into a burning sensation after a while, which apparently is what heartburn is. Never got that before. Nasty stuff right there. It eventually cleared up.

Never did get an answer to WTF was going on with me, but I think it may have been some kind of virus and just had to let it run it's course.
