been asked but ..... ddr2 800 or ddr2 1066

im building a new computer and the mb supports 800 and 1066. im going to be using a e6300 cpu (maybe oc maybe not) my question to the people here is which one ram should i get and why. pros and cons and special setup if needed to make it work flawlessly. thanks for any help.
