Going to be making some beef jerky this weekend and I want to try a new recipe. Anybody willing to share? I like my jerky to be kind of spicy.

Haven't made jerky in almost 30 years. It's still too hot here to set up a smoker and get it just right. OP, Google really is your friend ... I'm sure your search will be fruitful.

all together about 12lbs precook weight. Ive got 4 days off work so I plan on making a bunch of it. I usually just cut it into slices.

Sixguns I realy like Jerky Fixin's out of Wisconsin... it has a real great flavor. I have used the original, pepper and like both.

i made 8 lbs last winter. I did it in my gas oven. it worked out pretty well. it was good stuff.

I found a recipe off the internet. I lost the url but it had like 20 different recipes.
