Actually I used to get Chinese beef jerky from fortunejerky.com, but last I checked they no longer existed. Anyone know where I can get some good Chinese beef jerky, preferably some that won't give me diarrhea?

Damn bastard will not give me the recipe and only makes it like once every few years.

Best beef jerky i've ever had was in Vietnam at some big market. Each vendor had like barrels and barrels of various kinds. I always try to get someone to bring me a few kg whenever they're there.

Best place I know of is Gleenwood. I worked next to them for 5+yrs, and everyone I know, buys from them and takes their meats there to get processed.
