UMMMM I got a pack from 7 eleven last night. It was Oh Boy! Oberto Original, it was very tasty and yummified. What beef jerky do you like??? I wish I coulda gotten more but only had $10 and it was $6!

fresh cut meat from the butcher, forgot the name of the cut but it is not sinewy/no fat but nice and lean and just crumbles in your mouth instead of chewy.

she has it cut really thin.

she marinades them overnight with combination of spicy seasonings.

then she puts it in the dehydrator for a minimum of 8 hours.

good stuff.
 
I don't know, I mean all I had were some brownies a friend made me and then I just got really hugry and felt funny....



























J/K I like Oh Boy Oberto brand because I was compairing two packages (other one was links) and the links only had 3.5OZ of beef while the Oberto brand had 4oz, so I went with oberto. You can't get much jerky from 7 eleven anymore. Its very sad though because they used to have thin sliced beef jerky at mine in a clear container for $1. 🙁
