It's alright.

What about Slim Jim? :p

That is not jerky!
That's like calling a Twinkie a cake.

mmmm....delicious Twinkie cake!

I'll eat it with a smile, but it's not cake.
The Twinkie is a lie!

The only people who don't like beef jerky are people who have a preconceived notion that it is disgusting, or people who think Slim Jims are beef jerky.

I do like Slim Jim though.

Yes, when I feel like it's been too long since I ate some yummy congealed grease in a handy to-go form, it's Slim Jim all the way. It's got just the right amount of spiciness.

My wife and I were talking about it and she said she doesn't know a single female that likes beef jerky, made me wonder if that's usually true or not but it seems most guys I know do like it.

So I decided to make a poll and see.

Sounds awesome, is it in Alpharetta? Please post the address/location. Google failed me when I looked for it.

Edit: I'm retarded and failed to read the thread, where the location is clearly listed.

Boo Discovery Mills, little out of my way to stop by on the way home. I'll definately have to make a trip there though.

It's just in front of Bass Pro Shop over off of sugarloaf just east of I-85.

There's a little strip of stores and it's in there. I don't know what the address is or anything though.

jerky is awesome. my favorite jerky so far has been that purchased out in the middle-of-nowhere Colorado from some old dude's front porch. He had various spiced Buffalo and Venison jerky.

Holy shit it was good.

It's ok, but too salty most of the time and I like my beef to still be mooing.

I'll try to stop there tonight. I'm going on a road trip tomorrow and that's like the perfect snack during a long drive.

They did have salmon jerky, didn't get any though. Maybe I'll try that next time also.

It IS. Minimum of mess, high tastiness factor, you can savor it or gobble it down, it's filling...
