I got an S10 a year ago (3 door) and while I do like it I dont care much for having so many tools and a jug of gasoline sitting behind my seat.

I went looking around for bed toolboxes and was unpleasantly suprised to see how few there were for small pickups.
So far all of them are the "over the walls" type and dont go all the way down to the bed. They leave about a one foot gap at the bottom, which is fine if you want to slide a bunch of long 2x4's underneath but I dont need to do that.

I'd like to get the kind that sit flush with the top of the sidewalls. Would settle for one that hangs over provided it goes all the way down and gives me plenty of depth to hold stuff. Checked all the usual places online and in town, most of whats available is for full pickups.
The few boxes I find for small trucks doesnt fit my needs.

I REALLY dont want to pay a metalsmith a thousand bucks to make a custom box.
Does anybody know a place to get what I'm looking for. I'm not much into car parts and dont know about all the cool places the gearheads probably use.

Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Anybody?

I would have thought this a simple question for hardcore auto enthusiasts. Or is it so damn easy you guys are pissed I even asked?

I honestly have been digging around online and cant find exactly what I need. Everything that looks good is only available for full size pickups.

Look for the steel contruction site boxes. I think they might be called Job site or Work site.

They might not be the width of your bed though, I can't remem how big they come. They are taller though.
