Becoming a Lawyer

The way I understand it is first you need a Bachelor degree, any Bachelor degree in anything then you can go to law school.
Am I cirrect?

Well, yes, technically. What you major in in undergrad could have an effect on what type of law you practice once you get your JD, or so I've heard.

Like the world needs anymore lawyers.....they create nothing....they merely take and redistribute wealth. Most lawyers are nothing but legalized extortionists anymore. It is no longer a noble profession.

bachelor's degree
then you need to take the LSAT test. You should score 165 or above to get a shot at going to the better law schools
then apply to law school

head on over to LSAC for more info. You will need to register in the LSDAS database to apply to law school

don't listen to what anyone says, most lawyers never see the inside of a courtroom. Trial lawyers a tiny part all lawyers. if you get into a good law school you can make $100,000 a year starting doing corporate law
