You assume a level of government competence that I'm afraid was never there.
 
It's actually section 212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Naturalization Act, which provides that anyone who has provided material support to a terrorist organization is barred from naturalization. It's misleading to say that this is applied only to people who are "bad, bad, bad." Actually I once got asylum for a Liberian refugee and at one point ICE got him designated this way briefly. I ended up sending a letter to Janet Napolitano and mysteriously the tag was lifted without further discussion. The point is, the fact that this guy had that designation (if it's true) doesn't necessarily make him a terrorist, and it certainly doesn't mean he had anything to do with this bombing.
 
The evidence speaks for itself. People can discredit it all they want, but the truth is that the lies are piling up.
 
I tried listening to that fucking dumbass for about 20 minutes yesterday. It was a complete waste of time. Beck is a moron with a following of morons.
