..it's all the dope and drugs rampant in the movie industry. No imagination or originality. It's easier to drag out batman,the hulk, or another terminator flick rather then take a chance. And it works. They make enough revenue to keep them in new cars,big screen TV's and plenty of dope.

Honestly, the last thing we need is yet another classic movie completely butchered by horribly obvious special effects and unrealistic feats of acrobatics/combat.
I think the best thing about older movies is it was so easy to immerse yourself in them because you never had to stop and question the plausibility of something. When he got his ass beat by the guy with glass wrapped knuckles and came around for a win you felt the excitement all the way through, and he didn't have to magically manipulate air to blow fire into the other guys face from 30 feet away or leap 15 feet into the air and land on a post/rope/pike/insertrandomsmallunabletosupportweightanywayobject with one foot effortlessly.
I miss movies that had real suspense and real action. Real problems and real solutions. The scene where the banzai tree was saved from the cliff would simply be destroyed by any modern movie because they would throw in some retarded physics or acrobatics or inhuman strength.
I miss days when movies weren't exaggerated versions of reality and still had storylines that made you feel enjoyment in the film.

Of course, I WAS a teenager when KK came out and I liked it.
Why call it a remake? Just make a new movie with a different title already. We all know that it will have very little resemblance to the original and therefore suck donkey balls.

Ha, I guessed that this movie would get a remake a year or so ago.
It's been on tv quite a bit over the last several months. One channel played the first two movies back-to-back over the weekend. I don't know if they played the other two or not.

I usually like live action Japanese animes as long as the Japanese make them.... I'm anxiously awaiting the live action version of Detroit Metal City to "appear," but America has a natural talent of butchering most foreign things 😛.

So in effect, through the game, they are able to control their world. It's wish fulfillment, and obviously it turns against them.
I don't think 'obviously' is a word a producer should use to describe the turn of events in his upcoming movie.
