All you Disney fans, the Beauty & the Beast DVD has finally been announced:

Release Date: October 8, 2002

DVDTalk had this info a week or two ago. Not that my son will be getting this one. DVDTalk is the place to go for info on DVDs. They are usually the first to have news on release dates.

The Lion King: Platinum Edition DVD should be out next fall.

The movie will be shown in IMAX theaters starting on New Year's Day 2003 and I'll be there for sure! 🙂
