He was arrested in a nightclub with a gun, from that I'd say most likely it was concealed. He pled guilty to the charges and was on probation, if he's not a convicted felon from that it's almost certainly against the terms of his probation.

I'll guess it was a felony charge he pled to. Too d@mn much stuff on google about this guy to spend any more time on him.
