In Marketing these are normally referred as "mystery shoppers" which companies hire them to to evaluate the quality of their products and services so that the management can make improvements.

Norstorm have them also, their suctsomer service is excellent. I wish CompUSA has it. Their customers services sucks big time!!

I will stay away from CompUSA, and give my business to Walmart as they are being very generous on the HP N5125 notebook.
