Too much rub on these puppies, but they turned out pretty good.

Best BBQ comes from the carolinas. memphis and st louie can keep their sweet ketchupy stuff.

And come on man....BBQ is definately ribs, second only to da butt.

Looks good. I'll be doing ribs this coming weekend for my family. Our boy is turning 1 year old.

I use Mesquite and Cherry when I smoke mine. I have my own spice rub, but I use KC Masterpiece for the ones that I do sauce.
