Eh...1 decade per day? Would have been better to give them some time to adjust and let it sink in, at least a week per decade.

Not enough settle-in time.

Would be better to do a 5 year jump every month.

Quick, put all our money in this new "Microsoft" company. Right around 2000, we'll jump ship to Apple. And in 2009, Bitcoin!

What do you mean we can't do that? What the hell's the point of time travel then?

Does anybody know what the song is in the background and who the artist is ?
The first song with the guitars and the synthesizer.

Do they have to let their pubes grow back in? That would be a deal breaker for me.

One bathroom in the 1970's? I didn't encounter that growing up anywhere.

We had just one bathroom in our small apartment. from 1970 to 1980, I was 13 to 23 years old. High school to getting my degree in engineering. Went from slide rule to calculators. I remember us also getting a colour TV in the mid 70s, later than our neighbours as the sets were expensive. :)

And of course I still have my sound system from circa 1975. :)

I should still have the LP. And in much better shape than the one they used. Those ceramic cartridges really did a number on the grooves. We called them bulldozers. Magnetic cartridges were much lighter on the record and accordingly produced less wear. Plus we cleaned our records. I used (and still have) my Discwasher brushes. :)

All the houses in my parents' neighborhood were built with one bathroom (mid 40's era) and I'm sure most still had one bath when the 70's rolled around.

Funny to see how happy the wife is with the new fangled "Freezer" arriving in 1975 :)

Back then making a mix tape was so much work compared to now.

Was born in 1973.

I did not grow up in North America and technology was always a decade or so arriving on my shores so to speak.

My dad built his house in 1972 and I was born in 1973. House had 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms at the time. Our family consisted of four.

Growing up in the 70s and 80's I had no cell phones, no computers, no cable TV for starters.

I was very active and fit back then and read a lot of books as well. Now, I cannot imagine going back then and living without the internet or a computer. What the hell happened to me??????
