Why would their leadership want ot educate them? They're useful pawns.

LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. broadcasters' coverage of the Iraq (news - web sites) war was so unquestioningly patriotic and so lacking in impartiality that it threatened the credibility of America's electronic media, the head of the BBC said on Thursday.
America's electronic media has credibility?

Can you explain why so many liberals Americans appear to hate America?
Because like their Neo Conservative Counterparts, they are fanantics on the Lunatic Fringe without a clue?

Do you really believe that?

The way the war went has nothing to do with why it was started or the way it was started...

Sad to say, but I think that Vespasian's right. At least that was my take watching CNN and the network news.

If it is true, then it is certainly sad... it would seem obvious to me that those who are against war would be happy if it would end as fast as possible with as few casualties as possible...

At least that is my take on the situation...

The term "neoconservative" is basically a label for a Jewish Republican. But it is also used as label for a Republican who is supportive of Israel.

neoconservative is, generally speaking, the label for the policies of the defense department under rumsfeld. the most prominent policy is proactive use of military and support of israel, almost unconditionally. paul wolfowitz is probably closest to the archetypal neoconservative.

neoconservative political thought is also closely allied with realist strategy primacy, which states that the US can kick everybody in the nuts, and will be able to do so well into the future. The theory continues that this makes the world safe by preventing wars between powerful countries--after all, everybody knows who'd win ahead of time. Therefore, the most important thing the US can do is ensure it remains well above the rest of the world militarily, and that it prevent any rogue nations from doing their little thing--the fewer threats in the world, the fewer countries that'll want to arm themselves, and therefore the fewer countries that'll want to fight.

Speaking for myself only, and I dont think i put off that appearance, but I feel its because I think America can do better. I love my country and the principles we are founded on. I think the corruption is getting out of hand. I speak out to try and improve the country not to bring it down. The repetitive offers i read on the board for anyone who criticize the country to leave it are moronic. If its broke you fix it, you dont run away. My 2 cents.

Here is the comparison betwwen MSNBC, and FOX. On MSNBC, the newscasters have no lips, and on FOX, they all have bad hair.:D

If you think that it is not true, tune in to both, and check it out!
