Just got a AIW 9800 PRO from CC for 234.99! (w/o tax). They pricematched 110% the after rebate price of 249.99. Didn't have the CompUSA flyer so they called CompUSA. Hmmm...now for the $50 rebate. Any ideas or links to get a rebate form that'll work?

TIA

Mine had the same Offer #????? so that's the way I addressed it when I sent it out this morning. :D

Just ordered UT2004 SE DVD and headset for $29.99 with free delivery from BestBuy.com too.

Made my way to CC this afternoon and they ate the rebates too. Got back $118 + change [brag on/] so my AIW cost me $9.96 after the proceeds from the sale of my old video card [/brag off] :D

Prong, how'd you get it for $118. I figure with the discounts if they price match the rebate you may be able to get it for $235 but how do you get it lower. Also, does anyone know if there is a rebate with CC purchase.

Finally got in on this deal.....I had a pretty interesting story to tell.....here it is...
Last night I called up one of the local Compusa store to varify avaliablity....was told they had a few....went down there after traffic hour. The nice worker open the shelf and got out the last one in there for me. When he hand it to me I notice one side of the box's shrink wrap was mess up. I question the guy about it, he assure me it's ok, and I can open it up and check it out at the register. I followed him to the register to check it out...and guess what we found inside. Two books and a pair of old sucks......anyway end up empty hand, but the manager promise to get me one. This morning went to CC to see if they PM, got the last one there. The nice CSR gave PM to the price after MIR...which is nice....he took the box out from the back, and it had those security thingy wrap around it.. I paid then he handed me the box....when I pick it up, It was very light....I thought that was weired...asked if I can open and check...he said sure.....openend it up to find out that it had a Radeon 7000 32MB card in there......no cable, no remote or anything else, just the card and the CD.......anyway, long story short I was again promised to get one when it comes back in stock..........It had certainly being a very interesting deal for me......:)

I bought it on sale @ CC on 2/15 for 349-50 MIR. I then sold my old AIW for ~$200 net. I pricematched Comp on sunday for the $100 difference (plus the 10% guarantee and tax. SO $376.xx - $50MIR - 118.xx pricematch - 200 for the old card = $9.96

I called Compusa today, and the guy on the phone told me that got the 9800 aiw in their warehouse last night, Wednesday. Orders for the card should start shipping today. I guess the reason the website said 3-6 days was because they didn't have them when the sale started.

Doesn't appear to be relevant to everyone, but apparently my Circuit City decided to change their pricematching policy. They would match the $50 price drop on the 9800Pro from Best Buy but refused to match the $50 MIR. They said this policy was new and is being stressed to all their employees by Management. I asked for some documentation on this and the fine print stated "does not apply to any special offers, rebates"...blah blah. Just a heads up...

My 9800 AIW shipped today. I ordered it late Saturday/early Sunday morning with the 10 percent off coupon. Hopefully Fedex Ground will get it to me soon.

I'm new to this board and this is the first deal I ever grabbed. I picked up the aiw 9800 pro at CompUSA 10 days ago for $299 before $50 mail in rabate. What is price matching and how do I go about getting money back from CC doing it. I'm newbie to this so step by step instructions would be great ;) heh

Thanks
