Bay Area Directv DSL customers, what's your new ISP?

Directv DSL will keep going until Jan 31. Now I can't decide which is the best ISP for me to switch.

PacBell offers $39/mo with 1 yr contract (1500/128) but they combine the DSL bill with the phone line. I tried to call their DSL tech support serveral times but never got through (tired after being on hold for about 15min).
I don't know if their service is as good as DTV DSL but without static IP. Do they block/monitor any port?

Earthlink offer $22/mo for the first 3 mo., then $50/mo after. Dynamic IP, 1500/128.

Unfortunately, my area doesn't have cable internet service.

Who do/did you switch to? Your input is greatly appreciated.

Directv was reselling PacBell DSL, it using their setup to connect you to the their (dtv) backbone. So if you had good speeds w/ DTV you'll most likely have no problems w/ Pac Bell DSL either.
