Well, Adama had her tested for being a cyclon because he was suspicious of her, but she wasn't. If Baltar was lying, he would at least know that Tigh's wife is a cylon.

I don't see why he would. If he isn't aware yet, he's not really acting cylon in anyway.

Except the Cylon detector works, it picked up Boomer. To say it doesn't work now would mean the writers are being jackasses, again.

Anyhow, the Cylon is Anders or Gaeta.

Not necessarily... The cylon detector could have just worked for the original 7. The final 5 are completely different cylons. So different in fact that for all intents and purposes, they might as well not be cylons at all.
