My friend was telling me about some kind of movie that kicked off the series?

Im not sure what i need to be watching first.

bleh, i wish this would come out on dvd already, i missed the whole first season (well, i watched 10 minutes of 3 different episodes) and i want to catch up before the next season starts!

When does the next season start? I thought I heard some mention of Summer, but that seems a bit early to me.
