Battlefield Server Problems

We currently have one of the most popular Battlefield Vietnam servers on the net. www.diablosrealm.com . It's stays full hosting 40 players most every day of the week. Unfortunatly however, the server will unexpectedly and for no apparent reason just up and kick everyone about once a day. We have tried many remedies. Switching server units, switching companys, and I have talked with tech after tech and nobody seems to have an explaination. Is anyone here familiar with this, had this problem? If so please post....
