Battlefield 2 Stats & awards

I was playing the game 3 days ago and received 2 different awards. After I finished playing the game my global score was still the same and the awards no where to be found. Last night I received 2 more awards and a promotion and once again my score still the same as before I started playing the game and no awards to be found...So, I'm missing 4 awards and God knows how many points.

By the way I didnt get the promotion either :|

Yes, I have checked the browser (BFHQ). The points that I've gained between last nights games and the game I played 3 days ago are there. But, I am still missing the points from 2 games, 4 awards and a promotion.

Its really hit or miss right now. I've lost a ton of stats. Seems if you dont get them within 5 min of round end. your not gonna get credit at all, ever. Servers that did report stats will stop, and servers that werent reporting will start. It just seems to be a 50/50 chance that stats will be reported.

A few days ago, updating was real spotty. I thought I had lost everything, however it did eventually show up. I might have lost one ribbon or so.

It was really bad for me a while ago. Whatever the first promotion you get is, I got 4-5 times before it actually stuck. Lost several ribbons as well, and the basic awards.

Seems to have improved a little, but who really knows.

Only happened to me once so far. I was playing on this ranked server for the better portion of a day, we were doing completely awesome and I got a few ribbons that I was pretty proud of. But the ribbons and stats from the server never updated to my rankings. That was the only time it has happened though. I've had a few servers where they took a day to update my rankings for some reason. IE, I'd play at 1 server, leave and it wouldn't updated. The next day I'd play on another server, that server would update fine right away and then later on the first servers stats finally took place.

yeah, I was experiencing this too. i just figured you might have to wait until the next map loaded completely or something. (I usually quit right after a round - I figured that is why I might be loosing stats)

I think that there are some servers that have been "modified" to say that they're ranked, but really aren't, maybe you played on one of them?

I dont know about that theory. The first time that happened to my I played God only knows how many rounds and still no points were added to my stats and the awards.........well, the same.

Highly possible. I will start keeping track of the servers I play on and see if there is a pattern. I'll play on 2 or 3 different servers tonight and see what happens.

Well, I played last night. And after 4 hours of gaming on 3 different servers my stats were still the same this morning (once again many points, 3 awards and a promotion MIA). However, I played this morning and the points, awards and a promotion from this mornings game were added to my stats inmediately. I dont remember the name of the server though...but, I do remember that on the server graphics it had a chick next to the servers name. She was wearing little clothes:thumbsup:

So close to my first promition and I had 2-3 very crappy games this morning. Argh! NO ONE IN THIS game freaking forgives TKs. I swear, I am going full speed in a vehicle turning to the right, I CAN'T SEE YOU! And than some idiot lands a 'Copter close to me and a guy jumps out.. I barley nudge my tank forward and I get a TK.... of course no forgive...

Close to my 2nd promotion, w00t! Btw, does anyone have a high promotion here, like rank 5 or higher?

there's a lot of ppl that have rank 5 and higher (it's the gunnery sergeant, right?) i'm trying to find the thread where ppl are posting their stats but i can't find it anymore, it seemed as if a good half it not more had a rank of 6.

private first class, lance corporal, corporal, seargent, staff seargent, gunnery seargent.....i'm currently 300 pts shy from becoming staff sergeant. i'm probably going to game tonight and rack in another 500 pts or so.

btw, i had another account where the ranking required more pts but i unlocked the wrong weapon so i started all over again. and they lowered the ranking point system, i kept getting promoted over and over to lance corporal because i kept losing it each time i joined a new server. finally a day after it was stable. sometimes u just have to wait, but it will be there, that's for ranking, i dunno about medals and such.
