Is there an adapter that will allow an old joystick that plugs into a game port, to work in USB or anything else? I have onboard sound, so no where to plug in the old Sidewinder stick.

How about this for an issue
Went to play BF2 tonight as usual

this happens off and on.

Hop on my favorite server.. 2-3 minutes in, connection failure. Cable modem reboots.

To make a long story short that's all that happens all night long.... I try and try to play, my cable modem reboots when I am playing BF2.. if I don't play BF2, it works flawlessly. I just got out of the server again not 2 minutes ago, typing on my cable modem just fine right now.

If I go to join another game.... it'll reboot and I'll have to load the game for 9999999 hours all over again. SO UTTERLY FRUSRATING! I have a hankering to play, and I just can't.

Has anyone ever heard of something like this before? It just does not make sense, but I need to figure this out because I am going to friggin lose it soon.
