I walked into a CC and me and the roomies each got one, DVD versions for 34.99 a piece, no hassle.

Fun game - when it goes. Oh man, buggy!

I went in yesterday and got my price adjustment (Originally purchased on release day) with no questions asked. Once the plus 10% of the difference is factored in, the net cost ends up $33.49 plus tax.

Did you get the $10 giftcard as well when you bought on release ? I was wondering because on my receipt they charge $39.99+tax for the game and $10 no tax for the gift card making it $49.99 subtotal then $53.09 total after tax. I was going to pm this but then
Coraanu checked his receipt and posted this finding which was exactly like mine.

So it kinda sucks cuz id probably be only able to get at the most $5. Since it looks like I only paid $39.99 when I in fact paid $49.99. Its not to cool how they did that on the receipt.

I wouldn't sweat it too much, our net cost was still the same but we've been able to play the game for 2 weeks now. =] We're just stuck with a $10-15 giftcard that we had to buy.

Got the last DVD version at my store. The prices were still marked as $49.99, but it rang up at the discounted price. :)
