Battlefield 1942 Secret Weapons - How do you get/use the jetpack?

I've got the Secret Weapons of WW2 demo and I see the jetpacks in the upper level of the apartment at the town checkpoint. I can't seem to pick them up though no matter what I do! What am I missing?

I'm guessing you press the switch kit key. What is it, H or something?

The switch key is G. Taking off is easy, just press jump...be careful though, landing is a pain.

Yep, tap the space bar repeatedly to fly. Hold back when you land and tap once, and you shouldn't take any damage.
