That would kick ass, but he'd have to really up the price of subscription for those who wanted to get into the game server. We already eat up a bunch of bandwidth with text only, you can imagine what we'd do to a game server. :Q

I don't see this happening...its more of a bandwidth issue than a server hardware issue.

i have a box colocated on dual ds3s but its running linux
if a server can be setup in linux, i can get it up 🙂

linux server port isn't out yet 🙁 Should be out soon though. I know they're working on it.

DEAR GOD THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!


But the multiplayer demo is NO bar to find out if you grahpics can take it. When you get 32 people and like 10 tanks and 4 planes on the screen my computer nearly dies. Its not cool.


But all out battle is AWESOME.

So far I've played Guadacanal, Market Garden, and 2 desert maps and they all KICK A$$
 
you can but you have to have one godly computer and one HELLOFA godly connection


I haven't seen any and even if I did I don't htink I'd want to try it just yet.


I like around 24-32 people so far
 
But can you imagine some of the invasions you could witness. 25+ soldiers being dropped on shore and you have a stationary machine gun, blasting at them as they try to make their way up shore.

Or, driving a jeep into a group of soldiers - it would be like bowling.
