Battlefield 1942 ISO problems

I don't like toting all my discs around with me to the local lan's cause I always seem to leave something behind. Now that BF version 1.2 has been released the images do not work anymore, I figure it is because of safedisc2, and I can't seem to find any program that will take out safedisc v2.60.52....It seems to be a new version that nobody has yet to support, any information or ways to get this game to work through an image file would be appreciated..thanks

unfortunately, i don't believe this is the forum for piracy, i am surprised this topic is not yet locked, but there is a way around the 1.2 update with a image file.

not really piracy because I own the game, I just dislike changing discs for each game we play and I don't like taking them with me because I've lost way too many games that way...

Thanks for defnding me there. Also, I can't just use a nocd crack because the admins run an uncracked server....so if anyone knows how to get past the safedisc stuff so I can just use an image file please help.

okay, okay. to all who have legally bought the game here is the information. i think you need to still have a image like from daemon tools, but this takes care of the safedisc stuff...

I have been using cd images backed up then loaded up with Alcohol 120% and I have no problems even with the latest patch.

try Alcohol 120%.

Yea, here is a second vote for Alcohol 120%, it is much easier to use than CloneCD in my opinion, as is able to backup things that CloneCD cannot without extensive tweaking and such.

k, got alcohol 120%, still not working...is there any settings I need to hit in here and do I need to make new image files?

The files from your ftp do work but like I said before, the admins use a non-cracked server so it wouldn't let me play with a nocd crack, I have a QUE! QPS 24x10x40. I created new images with Alcohol 120% with the safedisc 2 tab clicked and it didn't work...so I uninstalled BF1942 and reinstalled it with the new images then applied the 1.2 patch and everything booted up fine and I played on the net for an hour last night. Thank you all for your help!
