Battle of the NB Heatpipes - Abit AN8 vs. ASUS A8N-SLI Premium

Hey guys. I'm in the market for another mb and its going to be one of these 2. I hate dealing with NB fans and aftermarket heatsinks. Here's what's going in the system:

Venice 3200
2GB ram (not sure which type yet)
X800XL
1TB of SATA HD space
Seasonic S12-500

I'm never going to use SLI but I'm a little sketchy on Abit's customer service. Plus the ASUS is $50 more. Any suggestions?

Edit: Forgot to add that I'll be O'Cing it. Probably not too heavy though.

As the ASUS A8N-SLI mobo has been running rock solid in my OCed system since Jan, I'd recommend the ASUS A8N-SLI Premium, which I'm also planning to get in the near future.

I'm very happy with my ASUS A8N-SLI Premium.

My only (minor) grips are:

- It really should have Firewire 800 instead of 400
- For a premium motherboard, it should have a real sound solution, not the realtec thingy.
