Does a complete discharge damage lead acid battery's? I left my V-Rod ignition and head light on all night and the damn battery is flat as a piece of paper. I have no idea how I managed to walk right by the thing without noticing, the headlight is bright as laser.
 
Yes, but one time probably won't shorten it's life much. Charge it back up with a battery charger.
