Battery Headache!

I'm ready to pull my hair out trying to find a replacement battery for my co-workers laptop. HP has a replacement parts search engine where the user is supposed to be able to use a Serial #, Part #, or Product name to identify the correct battery replacement. Needless to say, everything I plug in comes back with 0 results and even if I try to browse for the replacement via the menu... it's not even listed once I get to the Pavilion series. This is an i5 laptop, so it can't even be that old.

Serial: CNU05108K9
Product: XZ298UA#ABA
Model: dm4 - 1265dx

When I plug it into Google using dm4-1265dx I get results for batteries that either don't match the # of cells or the WHr rating. Honestly, I've never bought an HP but this whole experience tells me all I need to know about them. Regardless, I have to get this battery replaced and would really appreciate some help.
