I bought a batter mix for deep frying fish a long time ago and it was awesome. I wanna make some fish tacos tonight but I cant remember the damn name of the stuff. Anyone know any good kinds?
 
I'm not a really good cook, and this stuff I bought was really easy. You just had to add a can of beer and it was good to go. It was blue and I think it had a picture of a fisherman on front. I'm just looking for the name of any good mix really.
 
Whatever batter you chose on try substituting beer instead of water. It makes the crust lighter and tastier.
