Batman: Arkham Asylum keeps looking better and better

I really hope this turns out well because it looks awesome. Hopefully the stealth is implemented in a way that isn't annoying or overly difficult.
 
Oh, and has anyone noticed the ridiculous $99 Collector's Edition available for pre-order at Gamestop?

Wow, that looks pretty badass. From the looks of it they'll have to REALLY screw it up to prevent me from picking it up at launch.

No, it's not directly based on any previous storyline, although obviously it draws inspiration from existing Batman lore.

EDIT: This is why it might actually be good, because it's not releasing alongside a movie, nor is it tied to an existing story. The developers are free to do what they want (relatively speaking).
 
Batman Begins had most of those game play elements too. I played it on xbox, it was a good game, pretty well polished, and my only complaint would be it was just too easy.
 
WOW this game looks REALLY cool. I didn't care at all about it months ago when it was on the cover of GI or whatever, but thew new videos make me really want it. I'm a big Splinter Cell fan and this looks to take the best of the game plus the coolness of batman. I wish it wasn't 3 months away. Could use a new 5 star game next month or so.
