Batman Arkham Asylum error

Ok so after I seen the Batman thread here in PC Gaming, and the excellent posts for it I decided to use a Gamestop giftcard and grab it.

However, after I launch the "launcher ?" I get an error stating something about ShippingPC-BmGame.exe.

I searched on Google for an answer, but cannot find one what so ever.

Anyone here have this problem before ? I am sure it has been discussed here many times though.

Thoughts ??
