So I was in the bathroom today and I thought I should weigh myself now or wait till after...How about you guys? what'd say. I did both and there was no change. lol my first poll post
 
your scale isn't accurate. With my tanita scale, I can track my poop amounts. The owners manual even says to defecate, urinate, and refrain from eating prior to weight/body fat measurement.
