I have smoked only one cigarrette a day for the past 4 or 5 years!I can't get past quitting that last lousy stinkin cigarette though! 🙁

I just wonder why people smoke in the first place. Especially when it is so unhealthy. But I guess you could say the same thing about people who drink so I should shut up.

Not really James. We're all responsible for our own actions.
 
People who smoke make a personal decision to do so, and should carry the consequences of that decision. Anti-smoking zealots irritate me, as do the whiney smokers that are trying to get money from the tobacco companies. It's a personal choice. Nobody else should have a say in whether you smoke or not. So long as you don't harm anyone else (ie force someone else to inhale your smoke), go for it. Just don't whine and ask for compensation when you get sick.
 
I would like to know how much a person wastes in a year purchasing cigarettes? You guys realize that you could save that to buy a lot of stuff or have more money in the bank. just my 2 cents
 
Hyper that was a nice attempt to prove your worth but as Russ pointed out I was being facetious. Thats an American word, it means to joke around. We Americans have plenty of time to joke around since none of us work and we all live off of our welfare checks.

I got in trouble with the word facetious. A friend came up to me in school and asked me if I was still dealing drugs, right in front of a teacher (as a joke). The teacher came up and asked me if I was being facetious. She used that word too much and I had no idea what it meant. I said it depends, does facetious mean the stuff that comes out your ass (feces). Boom, demerits.
