Basic memory timing question

Hi,

I've got 2X1024 sticks of OCZ Platinum EB PC3200 DDR400 on an ASUS A8V Deluxe.
However, CPU-Z reports that they are running at 200MHz each. Should this be 400MHz each, or is the '400' rating for the pair, or for something else entirely?

There is a setting in BIOS for 2:1 DDR400, but so far I've just left it on auto. Is my memory running at half its frequency capacity?

MY MEMORY:
400MHz DDR
CL 2.5-3-2-8
2x1GB Dual Channel Optimized Kit
Unbuffered
2.6 Volts (2.7 Volts required for 2GB Kits) <-also, how can I check this?
184 Pin DIMM
Running staggered on an ASUS A8V Deluxe

CPU-Z READINGS
Module size 1024 MBytes
Max Bandwidth PC3200 (200 MHz)
SPD Timings table says:
Frequency 200MHz

200 MHz _is_ the correct operating frequency for PC3200.

"DDR400" is a false moniker invented by the marketing folk who think that 200 MHz DDR equals 400 MHz, and then let's stick the "DDR" back on anyway *rolls eyes*

Just to add on to Peter's remark, "DDR" stands for double data rate. So if it's 200mhz they double it to 400mhz. Like peter said it marketing FUD and you're fine.
