Okay, I'm gonna do a quick summary of what I think are the good ones:
Know how to change a tire
Know how to undo a bra with 1 hand
Urinal ettiquette
Know some basic shop skills so you can build stuff
Know some basic home repair skills (drywall patching, changing a faucet, changing light switches)
Know how to build a fire (bonus points if you don't use any newspaper/starter/fluid... just wood and a match)
Know how to drive stick
Know how to jump start a car
Know how to grill/barbeque
Know how to perform oral on a lady 🙂
Know how to tie a tie
Know how to play poker
Some beer knowledge is probably a must too... either knowledge of your favourite beer, or how to open a bottle with something in arm's length... just one thing to do with beer.
Sports knowledge is a definite bonus. Not quite a necessity, but it's something most guys should know. There probably will be conversations in social settings where sports will come up and you'll probably want to get in on it to get noticed. Gotta know a little bit.
Oh, and another bonus is being able to kill your own food. Doesn't matter what it is, but if you can fish/hunt/whatever, kill your own food, clean it and cook it, then that's gotta count for something too.
I guess you could consider the last three things as substitutes in case you can't do something on the list.

My list:
Know how to use a shotgun.
Hunt wild game, and be able to prepare it (skin/disembowel/filet a rabbit/bird/deer/fish)
Know how to box a man.
Be able to benchpress at least your own body weight.
Be able to pick your woman up.
Be able to run Adaware(or any spyware detector) and Antivirus (it makes you look like a genious too)
Know how to fix/plunge the toilet, sink, or any type of drain.
Be able to name at least 2 expensive cigars and/or Scotch/Whiskey
Know what duct tape is and use it effectively
Know how to take responsibility for your actions
Be able to swim(yes city people, this applies to you), never know when you'll need it
Drive a stick
Perform the Heimlick manuever (sp?), and know how and when to use a tourniquet
Know what colors positive and negative are on a car battery
Know how to check tranny fluid
Know how to change your spark plugs (if you own a car that can only be serviced by dealership, you're off the hook)
Know how to check tire pressure
Know how to read a map/legend correctly, and fold it back to normal
How to change a lawnmower blade
Know how the jack on your car works, if it came with it (goes along line of changing tire)
Know how to tell time by just looking at the sun
Know how to tie a fisherman's knot
Know how to password a computer through its BIOS, or even what the BIOS in a computer is (good for blackmailing)
Know how to grill/cook chicken, steak, and fish and/or pork
Know who Ron Jeremy, Ahnold, Clint Eastwood, and John Wayne are
Know how to balance a checkbook, and invest money wisely
Always pay for the woman unless she offers
