My recent experience has been very good. They shipped every single prime order in less than 12 hrs.
 
Take it from somebody who just got one: If its under 150 bucks its not good or reliable.

Unless you buy it from a buddy you trust. Like if he has been upgrading once a year and sells you his old stuff for a good price. But I dont know anyone who does that with Bluray players. I know a few folks who do that with cameras.
