Based on looks alone, which compact econo car do you prefer?

I don't want to hear about about much much more reliable your choice is or how much better gas mileage it gets, I'm interested in what most people (ATOT=most people? probably not) think is a "good looking car!" I'm thinking cars like Yaris, Corolla, Aveo, Sentra, Focus, Mazda 3, etc.

Also provide a link to the website for the particular car and a base cost.

My vote goes to the Toyota Yaris sedan.... the hatchback is kinda weird looking though. At less than $14k for the S models, you get a relatively good looking car, though without some creature comforts.

Link

btw, I'll go ahead and limit this to cars that start at or below $15k USD, because I know one of your guys is going to say Mustang/Charger or some dumb shit.

Sending your thread over to the garage. -DrPizza

I like the Mazda 3.

I may get shot for this but recently I rented a car and it happened to be a PT Cruiser... For some odd reason I really enjoyed driving it. 😱

I prefered the Scion xA so much I bought one 🙂 They stopped making them this year though, so you have to go with the slightly more expensive and higher horsepower xD. Still a bargain for $17K @ 35 mpg.

Or buy used, FTW. Then you can put it in the Garage

I own a Yaris Sedan. Good looking car, roomy interrior, fold down seats. Outside looks alone, people ask me when I got my new Camry... Even one of the local Toyota dealer girls.

EDIT: Note: There are no Mazda or Nissan dealers within 120 miles, had to go with a Toy.

Subaru Impreza, looks alright, AWD helps a lot around here in the winter. The downside is the mileage is bad compare with other compact cars.

The Honda Fit, especially the Sport trim (for the alloy wheels, if nothing else).
I liked it so much, I bought one.

I like my Focus much more than I thought I would.
Fully loaded at 18K or something close.

Am still looking for something more exciting in another year, but the Focus does what it is suppose to do.
