Baseball game for PC

I'm itching for a little baseball action on the PC, but I don't see any new titles for this year, am I stuck using my PS3 for a baseball game? I don't know if I can take over the tv enough to play a entire season on my console. 🙁

Nothing that lets you play the games. All the PC baseball games are management sims like Baseball Mogul or Out of the Park Baseball.

There are plenty of versions of "Backyard Baseball" around right now, but I dont know if there is or will be a 2008 version.

Isn't there an adapter that will let you hook your PS3 up to your monitors and speakers when you can't use a TV?

Mvpmods.com is working on a new mod for MVP Baseball 2005 called MVP 08. The MVP 07 version they released last year was awesome. If you have MVP 05 I would highly recommend this mod. You will have to register at the site to download any of the files, and they still haven't said when the 08 mod will be ready, but it should be great.

I love baseball games, but what I find funny is, the basic mechanics that were established in RBI Baseball back in the 80's are still essentially what is used today! LOL

I havent played a BB game on the PC since games came on diskettes!
